Directions: On U.S. Hwy 283 turn East onto Y Road (8 miles north of intersection of 283 and U.S. Hwy 24 in Hill City; or 8 miles south of Norton-Graham county line). Drive 4 miles East to 310 Avenue. Turn North for one mile. The cemetery is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Z Road and 310 Avenue.

It is believed there are at least four Cook family members buried here in unmarked graves: Alonzo Hezekiah (1859-1907), Andrew Ezekial (1878-1879), Isaac Newton (1862-1942) and Jemima Belle (1865-1885).
